How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Most packages leave our warehouse within 24 hours, but during high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
When will my order be shipped?
Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by location but generally range between 5 and 25 days after shipment.
What happens if an item is out of stock or backordered?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you by email with the estimated restock date. If it won’t be available within two weeks, we’ll issue a full refund automatically.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Because our warehouse works quickly, it may not always be possible to modify an order once it’s placed. If you notice an error, email us right away with your name and order number. We’ll do everything we can to correct it before the package departs, but changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size or type of products, your order may arrive in separate packages, sometimes delivered one or two days apart.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially for international shipments. Once a package leaves our warehouse, some postal systems do not update tracking data until it reaches your country. If more than a few days have passed without updates, please reach out to us so we can verify your shipment status.
The tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with your local postal service or delivery office. In most cases, they can locate it quickly. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist you.
What if my order is missing an item or arrived damaged?
